how can get rid of a white tongue pemanently?
I’ve been having really bad breath for nearly 8 years and i just realised that it was because of the bacteria on my tongue…I have started scraping it and gargling salt water 3 times a day and also brushing it. However, i just want to know how long I have to carry this on for? because its’s still white! (altough pinkier than before).
Please can someone tell me a solution that will get rid of this bacteria from my tongue becaue my breath is really embarassing and I’m losing my confidence to talk to people.
I am willing to try home remedies or anything else that will actually make a big difference.

Sounds like you have thrush.
See your dr.
They’ll give you a medicine to rinse with that will kill the bacteria.
