Freaking out… bad breath… Which yogurt improve bad breath the most?

The doctor told me that even I though I brush and floss twice daily, the reason for my bad breath was because bad bacteria in my stomach. He said that eating yogurt can help. But which yogurt is the best for this? I am currently using Activia but I am not sure.

Forget the breath mints. Pass the yogurt. they say… a daily dose of yogurt may keep your breath fresh and fend off offensive odors and eating 6 ounces of yogurt a day reduced levels of odor-causing compounds, such as hydrogen sulfide, in your mouth but who knows what kind I dont think it matters though really, good luck with that

I brush my teeth BEFORE breakfast, is this right?

While you sleep, the bacteria starts to thrive as your mouth dries out so when you wake up your mouth is full of bacteria. So I don’t understand how you can eat breakfast with all of that disgusting bacteria in your mouth. However, if you brush before you eat breakfast, when you eat you just get your mouth all dirty again. I was brought up brushing my teeth before breakfast, but all my friends brush after. Could this be a reason for my bad breath, and is it the right thing to do?

It makes no sense to brush your teeth before breakfast. How does having morning breath stop you from eating? That’s silly.

Brushing your teeth cleans your mouth, and also gives you fresh breath for the first part of your day. If you brush after breakfast, you accomplish both of those, instead of just one.
