Bad Breath, Yellow teeth and Dark knucles?
My breath often becomes bad and i dont know why but i have yello teeth.. how can i fix these problems.. and since im young i dont want teeth whitening systems or thoses kinda stuff….. natural…
and what home remedy should i use for my knuckles??
Idk bout the knuckles. But u need to start brushing ur teeth nd tounge nd roof of mouth 3 times a day. Nd floss!!!! Dont smoke or drink coffee.
home remedies for asthma – fast relief?
I am looking for some home remedies for asthma for quick relief – open airway. I have those spray inhaler (pro-AIR), it works okay, but almost running out and I don’t want to go to doctor. I want to know if you know or try any home remedies.
I have tried Coffee – not working, still whizzing, short of breath
I also checked web site with those tedious home remedies like lime juice, etc. Those are not working either
I have checked out some natural remedies like biovent, bronosooth salt, not sure if they are good? Has anyone tried it?
p.s. don’t tell me to get cold air.. that will make it worse
My asthma is really seaonal. I believe there is quick fix… inhaler is one, and looking for another.
