Bad breath from keeping my mouth closed all the time?
I have had breath problems for a while and have tried quite a few things to cure it. I keep my mouth closed all the time, except when I talk! I even keep it closed while I sleep. It’s just a habit. Do you think this could add to the problem? Like maybe my mouth needs fresh air or something? Just curious! Please give me your opinion.
Closing your mouth will reduce the amount of bad breath smelled by others, however, it does not cure the problem. Up to 90 percent of bad breath is caused by the bacteria that grows on the top of the tongue, they produce sulfur containing compounds that smell, that is bad breath. Mints, gum, and mouthwash just cover up the smell for a short time. The only way to really cure bad breath is to get ride of the bacteria by cleaning your tongue. The best device to clean your tongue is OraBrush, which was specifically designed to clean the tongue. Learn more about the cause and cure of bad breath at http://www.orabrush.com
Cure for constant bad breath?
i dont know if i have bad breath or not but i feel self consious all the time when i talk even though i brush my teeth and everything. i carry around a mint but i have this weird taste in my mouth…Is this normal?
What I would do is also carry around a breath spray in bubble gum, which is the best spray to smell normal. I used to have bad breath, but here is what I did to make it better was:
*Breath Spray
*Mints in Bubble Gum
*Bubble Gum
*Only try one at once and carry around them all. If you try them all at one they have conflicting flavors even if they are all bubble gum, then they leave your mouth dry and smelling worse. Also, don’t use to much or it will be easy to predict you have been using them.
