How to avoid bad breath?

Lately I’ve been getting these white/yellow lumpy things in my throat, after I cough it up I discover it smells like my fowl breath. Where are they coming from and how to avoid them. Please Help!!!

The “material” you are talking about comes from the bacteria that grow on the top of the tongue. These bacteria grow and produce sulfur compounds that smell bad as well as produce a product which I will call soft plaque. Good oral hygiene is all that is needed. Brush and floss your teeth and clean the top of your tongue with a high quality tongue cleaner. Look into one called OraBrush at http//www.orabrush.com. Don’t just cover up bad breath with mints, gums, mouithwash because they do not get rid of bad breath, they just cover it up for a short time.

How to get rid of extremely bad breath easily?

I brush my teeth and i chew gum eat mints the gum and mints only temporairly makes it stop but when i brush my teeth its not as bad and i’m sick of this bad breath, people think i’m shy but i just don’t want them to smell my breath, i’m 13 years old and have no gum diseases ect. what can i do also they are starting to turn yellow and thats absolutely disgusting what can i do about that, no rude comments please

1. you should probably see your dentist to see if theres anything wrong. You say you dont have gum disease but you never know.
2. If you’re wearing braces at 13, you may be using a Chlorhexidine rinse. That turns your teeth yellow.
3. To solve the yellow problem, again, go see your dentist. Get a checkup, teeth cleaned/scaled. In the meantime, stay away from things that stain, such as COLA, TEA, COFFEE.
4. Bad breath- brush your teeth after meals, try a mouth wash, And a tongue scraper. A tongue scraper will solve a lot of your problems.
