Good toothpaste AND mouthwash to stop bad breath?
Any help would be awesome
I need a specific brand and type of toothpaste. And mouthwash
Flossing is just as important as those two! Flossing get rids of all the bacteria that cause bad breath and plaque. This technique stops bad breath:
1. Floss in between every tooth. Rinse with water.
2. Brush teeth using and FDA approved toothpaste. Minty flavor helps give you good smelling breath. Look for one that says “Bad breath eliminator”. Remember to brush your tongue where bad breath comes from too.
3. Then gargle for 30 sec. with Listerine Antiseptic (which works excellent in killing all the bacteria)
Thats it! Follow these steps morning and night for fresher breath!
