How are we going to know if we have bad breath? Aside from making other people smell it. cause it is really hard to know, our breath always seem to smell fresh.

Blow from the back of your throat onto your hands, and immediately inhale. Also, you could take a look at your tongue in a mirror – if it is white then that will be causing bad breath. The real and only way to check for bad breath is by taking a spoon and scraping your tongue – especially the back. Let it dry, and then smell it.
