Chest/upper back pains?
Hey,
I’m experiencing chest/upper back pains. The pain usually starts in front on the left side, then moves around to a little lower than my shoulder blade. Its a throbbing, deep type of pain. It makes me feel short of breath. Sometimes, it gets so bad that I have to bend over and just breathe for a few minutes. I used to think it was because my bra was too tight, but I’m still getting them when I’m not wearing one (like at night.) I dont get them often, but theyve been showing up a bit more (like i have them right now in my back…ouch!). I’m not on any medication or have any previous surgerys, etc. I’m female, 16. I ride horses a lot and have bad knees/back. The only previous medical thing i had was a stomach ulcer when I was like 12 or 13. Any ideas of what it could be?
Thanks.
You have pinched muscles in your back causing you those pains. When tight in the upper back the pains often follow the nerves to the front and manifest themselves as rib, chest or heart pains. When your chest muscles are tight they keep your ribs from expanding to get a breath in so it feels like it’s not going to come. To get rid of this pain you have to free up the muscles in your back and here’s how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed. An ulcer also happens when tight back muscles touch the nerves going to your stomach to make it release more gastric acid into itself which burns your stomach lining. What is wrong with your knee?
hi i am interested to know if the cause of bad breath could be caused by helicobactor pylori stomach ulcer?
i think so. but it can be caused by many different things in your stomach, lungs, or even your nose. ulcers can cause it, & so can an overgrowth of candida albicans. if you don’t have an ulcer, doctors are often pretty much useless beyond that at finding the cuase.
