i’m having really bad stomach cramps and pain below my ribs?

i’ve got really bad stomach cramps and whenever i breath deeply it hurts right below my ribs what could be the cause?? could i just be gassy or could it be something bad?? i’m a smoker if that makes any difference

You might have an air bubble, at least, that’s what I told it is.

It’ll go away after a while, I’ve had them.

i have really bad stomach pains, on and off but really sore?

im 18 year old female, and for the past month or so i have been getting really bad pains in the left side of my stomach, it happens a few times a week if not more, some times i wont have it for a week then it starts agen, for between 15minutes n an hour or more. it really hurts when i breath in, laugh, cough, sneeze and Lean back. i dont have a clue what it is and would appeciate any advise or possible problems.

I’m having that too right now, go figure. Mine isn’t too painful, but it can last all day >.<

I took 3 (2 of them were full-course, one was quit after 2 days because it killed my gut) antibiotics in a 3 week span pretty much, which I was told could have stressed out the spleen (augmentin can be hard on the liver and spleen, I had some upper-right pain for awhile but it has been gone for over a week now) and it just needs quite a bit of time to heal, the medicines don't leave your system that fast at all.

If you've done nothing out of ordinary lately, there could be something up with your spleen. Apparently upper-left ab pain is suppose to be uncommon enough it's only there when something is actually going on there (not due to stress and anxiety and whatnot, which I have too).

I'm also having weird heart beats (so it feels to me, but the EKG said it was all normal) and random chest tightness/mild pain. All of that is mostly present when I have the abdominal pain as well.

I'd go see the doctor if you've done nothing out of the ordinary lately, as in taken certain medicines or what not. It might be strangely located gas pains, but I have been told that it's unlikely to have pain in that area for no reason.
