How do I get rid of my bad breath?
Ok, everyday I rinse with mouth wash (Scope) for 30 seconds and gargle with mouth wash for 30 seconds. I also brush my teeth for 3 minutes in the morning and at night. And still, sometimes I get bad breath. How can I get rid of my bad breath?
Bad breath is a symptom of bad digestion. Try using a liquid chlorophyll internal cleanser and tonic. This will aid in reducing and eliminating bad breath and body odour also. Any good health food store should be able to help you and it only costs around $12.00AUD per 15floz bottle.
Also, on a nutritional level, increase your intake of Niacin (B3) rich foods ie: liver, meat, fish, whole grfains and legumes such as peas, beans and lentils.
By taking a digestive supplement with your meals you will ensure efficient digestion and aid in also eliminating bad breath.
