How do you get rid of bad breath?
I’m always brushing my teeth (Colgate Total) and flossing and using mouthwash (Scope), but eventually my mouth feels funky and doesn’t smell too pleasant. Not horrible, but at least decent. Any home remedies or suggestions?
Hey
Bad breath is a common problem amongst all age groups, especially early in the morning because we are dehydrated, you can get a dental instrument which is effectively a tongue cleaner. Purchase that as well as a bottle of half decent mouthwash such as listerine. If it contiunes see your dentist to rule other stuff out:)

bad breath remedies?
idk why… but ever since I was small, I’ve had a bad breath problem mixed with bad teeth… I do brush m teeth as much as it’s recommended but I still have the issue because it runs through my family… some of my worse teeth are being replaced this summer by dental implants… I know that’ll change my smile but I doubt it changes my breath… any advice?
Bad breath (halitosis) is a condition characterized by consistent unpleasant breath odor.
Many conditions, such as postnasal drip, chronic bronchitis, uncontrolled diabetes, respiratory tract infection, liver or kidney disease, and digestive disorders such as acid reflux can cause bad breath. In the majority of people with bad breath, however, the problem is in the mouth and is often caused by improper dental hygiene, dry mouth.
home remedies tips for bad breath
1.Brushing at least twice a day and flossing daily can help to remove odor-causing bacteria.
2.Drink tea. Preliminary research suggests that compounds in both green and black tea called polyphenols may stop the growth of bacteria responsible for bad breath.
3.Try a mouthwash containing zinc ions. Zinc appears to directly neutralize malodorous sulfur compounds and improve breath.
4.Use a tongue scraper, which helps to remove dead cells, food particles and bacteria from the tongue.
5.Drink plenty of fluids. Drinking water and other fluids will help keep your mouth moist. Another reason drinking fluids might help: In traditional Chinese medicine, bad breath is often the result of excess heat in the stomach.
6.Avoid mouthwashes with alcohol. Alcohol can dry out the mouth, which contributes to bad breath.
good luck!…
