how do I get rid of bad breath on my own private way?
Although I am embarrassed to see the doctor or dentist, I tried to see them once, but nothing happened with their prescriptions. I have tried everything possible in oral hygiene, followed the advice from the internet but after an hour or so, the stinky breath gets back again. I don’t have enough money and am getting desperate. May God send His instrument in your person to help me.
Diet can have a lot to do with bad breath. And I am not just talking about onions and garlic and food we know can cause bad breath issues. For many people dairy products can cause bad breath as well as eggs. Drinking enough water though out the day can help and it is good for you anyway
If you rule out oral health. ie bad teeth and gums. Then look inside. Such things like sinus infections, acid reflux, Up set stomach, postnasal drip, dry mouth, even diabetes, and liver or kidney problems can cause bad breath.
Try not to be embarrassed about talking to a doctor about your halitosis. You are not the only one that has bad breath issues. The important thing is that you are trying to do something about it.
I have had a bad cough since Nov. 7th. I went to the doctor and he diagnosed me with asthmatic bronchitis.?
I was given a prescription for Prednisone, Z-pak, and an inhaler for shortness of breath. I took all the medicine as prescribed and use the inhaler as needed. It has been long enough for me to recover, I would think. But, I am still coughing pretty bad and what I cough up is thick but clear. I am puzzled. can anyone shed some light on this?
It’s important to finish all of your antibiotics. Though, I see that you said you finished your meds. The clear, thick sputum is associated with the bronchitits, even if it’s not yellow. Be sure to drink lots of fluids and rest. Depending on when you finished your antibiotics, they could still be working. With the Z-pack, it can work for about 5 days after you finish the pack. Since Nov. 7th was awhile back, you may need to go back to the doctor and get a different antibiotic if the bronchitis is prolonged. Cough supressants may help with your cough along with plenty of fluid as I said earlier.
