Do I have Post Nasal Drip?
I have had really bad congestion in my throat and lungs for a while, and I can feel it in the back of my throat. Sometimes I feel so congested I need to take deep breaths, but I went to the doctor and I’m fine. Do I post nasal drip?
Try allergy tablets, the non drowsy kind to see if that helps. A book I have called Jumpstart your Metabolism provides various ways to breathe. See if you can find it at the library. It really helps me with my breathing. Sometimes I feel I can’t breathe, but there is nothing wrong with me, except in my case, I do have allergies. You might be allergic to dust mites in the house, which are in the mattress or to the pillows if you have feather pillows. If the allergy pills stop the symptoms, you might want to go further and take tests. I have never done it, but I did take my son for allergy shots, and he has maintained much better health as a result. The book is featured on the page below, and the author is Pam Grout.
bad breath?
i get bad breath sometimes. and my mouth tastes like i have alot of bacteria in it and there is mucus in my mouth when i wake up sometimes?
this is partially from post nasal drip, but what are some good methods of getting rid of bad breath?
i use scope and i brush my teeth but that doesnt help much.
Well I hope you floss!
Only 1% of Americans do, I am some of that percent.
Start flossing, I know your gums will bleed but that’s because you don’t do and you should.
once it becomes a daily thing your gums won’t bleed.
Also if you eat too many Carbohydrates that causes bad breath.
Another thing is your tongue, you should brush your tongue or get a tongue scrapper!
It helped me.
So you should clean tongue (with scrapper), floss, brush and use scope or whatever mint mouth cleaner you use.
