Do I have lactose intolerance? please help?
For the last year or so I have been noticing that everytime I drink milk or eat yogurt I immediately feel like I need to use the bathroom (even though I would have already used it). Also I feel a bit nauseated, and I always feel that I have bad breath after drinking milk or yogurt for the whole time. Nothing happen when I eat cheases granted I rarely eat cheese on its own. I have nothing svere at all but does it seem to you that I have a slight intolerance?
Thank you
Yes u probably have it. I used to be like that so i started buying lactose free milk, you should get some. Plus lactose free milk lasts a lot longer than regular milk and it has the same amount of minerals and vitamins.
Is bad breath a symtom of lactose Intolerance?
I am lactose intolerant so I know something about the condition. NO! There is no relation to being lactose intolerant and having bad breath. Not consuming milk and milk products will not cure or cause bad breath. Most bad breath comes from bacteria on the tongue. You can often see this bacteria as white stuff on the back of your tongue. This must be cleaned off to get rid of bad breath. I use OraBrush tongue cleaner and clean my tongue every time I brush my teeth. Great product. My wife tells me I have kissing sweet breath.
