is there a home recipe cure for asma?

i was wondering . my mom always smoked around me when i was little so i gained bad asma i cant do sports witch i love to do i just cant do it because every time i run or anything sporty i start not being able to breath
i dont have a inhaler because my parents dont believe in them
and please no rude comments

what is the best solution for bad breath.?

i have suffered this problem for more than 15 years but i have not got a good cure. it is not my mouth but it is my stomach which smells. and when i talk nobody wants to stand near me. the smell is so bad. i would like to have some herbal medicine used in all homes in india or anywhere else. i am not a rich man so i cannot afford expensive medicine and please dont recommend mouth wash as i have tried all of it to no vein. please help. i have not kissed a woman for more than 18 years because of this.

Try these 3 things. I hope should work.
1. Use a good menthol tooth paste.
2. Use Dental Floss every day after you clean your teeth.
3. Always keep some Cloves in your pocket and when ever you get a chance chew them. Don’t just eat them. The liquids produced from Cloves got a wonderful ingredient which not kills bad breath also the bacteria that creates bad breath.
