I have this shortness of breath what could it be?

I went to the doctor the other day cause of my shortness of breath and my heart rate was a 120 then it went back to an 86 so they did a blood test and a ekg and a chest x ray and everything was ok so they told me that it could be allergies and sent me home so I went back the next day and I told them it feels somin in my throat so he said it could be some desiese and stuff in my throat and he gave me some meds to clear out my throat it helped for a lil and then rhey took some head neck x rays and said everything was fine and they said it was depression aniexty and hypocondriacand then they said it was a resportory asid reflex but this been goin on for about 3 months but never this bad and they did a pelvic exam 1 came back ok the other 2 still waiting could they fine any trace of hiv in a pelvic exam? Or is this really depression or anxiety or hypocondriac I also haven’t had an appeitie so I’m don’t really wat and I feel weak and always tierd and lots of headaches

You should do some research about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It is a somewhat controversial condition that sometimes manifests in the body and causes weird symptoms. Good Doctors can catch this, and I am surprised that your doctor didn’t at least mention it. Like I said, do some research and hopefully it will help. Looking for some reassurance?

im a hypochondriac, and i went to the doctor and they did a blood test(to find something wrong…they didnt) for an unrealated thing(like bronchidis or shortness of breath), but with that blood test, do they check for “everything” like HIV, and Leukemia, and stuff? im freakin out here and im havin like a panic attack. would they have found some bad *** disease or not? if they wernt looking, would it show up? plz tell me they would have found some sign

Im not sure, but I find the best reassurance to things like this, is to call the doctors office and ask. Just ask them exactly what you said here, if they check for other diseases, or just specific ones. If not, then you can schedule another test.
