have your doctor prescribe nexium for acid reflux.
( waking up at night with barf in your mouth )
the stomach is in the upper gastrointestinal tract.
don’t eat beef or greasey food before going to bed.
clean the tarter from your tongue as much as you can
and keep with it.
( ask for the tongue loop cleaner at a pharmacy counter )
floss your teeth as often as you can by keeping a small
unit on you at all times.
use breath spray or mints. especailly in social situations.

i have the same problem as you.
this is what i do to stay on top of it.
you have to take a multi prong approach.

the key is having a regimen and sticking to it.
you’ll feel better about yourself too.

good luck.

my breath is very very bad smell, also I may have troubles in gastrointestinal tract.?

If I were you I’d go to see my doctor first regarding your gastrointestinal problem and get this problem straightened out asap. A little known fact; bad breath can be a sign that something inside you is wrong. This happened to me once when I had a gall bladder infection.I had very bad breath, cleared up after the operation.
