How can I get rid of bad breath?
I brush my teeth 2-3 times EVERYDAY. I get up in the morning, brush my teeth, eat a little bit of breakfast, brush again and go to school. I brush my teeth AND my tongue. I know everyone has bad breath when they wake up, but my bad breath always comes back while I´m at school and I feel really self conscious. Are there certain foods I can eat or toothpastes I can use that will keep the bad breath away all day?
Flossing also helps. Sometimes tonsils hold onto food in little scars and pits that can contribute to bad breath. Also, gasses that rise from our stomachs add to BB. Avoid lots of garlic and onions.
Over all, I’m sure your breath isn’t as bad as you think. Try Listerine or Listerine strips. Chew sugar free gum, or get some sugar free breath mints to boost your confidence.
