Bad Breath Foods To Avoid 5 Bad Breath Foods To Avoid

HELP PLEASEE, What foods WONT give me bad breath!!!!!?

Ok i suffer from bad breath quite badly and all over the internet i see posts about what foods to avoid if you suffer bad breath, such as eggs, garlic, spicy foods. But nowhere can i find what foods i should be eating, i know this wont stop my bad breath but i am literally scared of eating most foods worried they will enhance my bad breath. So can anyone tell me what foods i am ok eating, iknow the obvious like fruit & veg, but i need things i can make a meal out of, rather than just single ingredients like parsley etc..

I don’t know about which foods promote nice breath, but I do know that you need to make sure that you are well hydrated. Drink lots of water and not sugary drinks. If you’re worried about your breath, just brush after you eat, and don’t neglect flossing. Listerine can help a great deal, but make sure you’re not using a mouthwash with a lot of sugar in it, that promotes your mouth to dry out and that’s a cause of halitosis.
Also, have you been to the dentist or doctor to check if your bad breath is a symptom of some larger problem?
Your breath may not be as bad as you think it is, it’s one of those things that lots of people are very worried about.

Bad breath. I have a friend that has bad breath.?

I have a friend that has bad breath. No matter what she does it just won’t go away!!She has all the dentist tools and it seems to just get worse. She has this 70 dollar electric tooth brush she brushes with for 2 mins, then uses dental floss, then to the tongue scraper she ordered online and then the mouth wash. And she’s tried all different kinds of mouthwash. Even hydrogen peroxide for mouthwash and water with it. Not a joke-Her friends think someone passes gas in the room and they ask her if she did and she’s gets embarrassed, but her breath!! At her job employees and customers cover their nose when she talks to them. So she just puts her head down and tries to talk. She avoids onions and spicy foods. I really tried to help her and she’s had her teeth cleaned multiple times. Please only serious answers. Thank you.

After all that it’s patently obvious that the trouble is not in her mouth and I suggest she consults a doctor – and least of all takes any advice given by the obvious spam merchant
