I have anxiety, its been bad latley always feel like i cant breath,i need help?
I take lexapro and it helps for my depression but it dosent help with my anxiety what are some good methods to deal with it,and or maybe medicines
Man, I feel you…when this happens to me I like to breath very deeply and slowly, slow my thoughts (think of something else / look at something and analyze it / don’t think about anything), then I get up and WALK OUT THE DOOR and move. This gets you exercise and sun light, both vital for your mental health. If that doesn’t help go to your doctor or therapist and tell them what’s going on, it may be your meds. Good luck!
Panic attack/Depression Medicine called Fluoxetine?
Ok so. Im 14 and went to the docter for my panic attacks/ depression. My panic attacks get so bad that I can’t breath and I feel like I’m going to die. So can anyone tell me if they have ever taken Fluoxetine, and what were your effects from it? And the side effects you had…
yes i have had panic attacks, anxiety, depression since 12 years old, it sucks so damn bad, i didnt get treated for it till i was 20 and it was Flouxotine it worked very well for my panic attacks, have not had one panic attack since bieng on the medication,my anxiety went away for a while but came back, it worked ok for my depression i was in and out of depreesion even with the prozac but it does help. When i first started taking it, my anxiety was so bad i couldnt be alone for a minute, i would go into rages and just go crazy, wich i was like that before the prozac but this was a daily thing, so the doc gave me ativan and that worked for the anxiety, so just look out for your symtomps make sure if you dont feel right to let your doctor know.
