Sinus infection bad breath halotisis HELPPP?
I have a chronic bad breath for the past 9 months. I went to seek dental advise TWICE on 7 months period. And the dentist said my mouth is fine, it’s clean but not perfect because of my yellow teeth. I am a smoker that’s reason for the yellowish teeth. When I told him about my bad breath He asked me to breath on the halimeter and it readed ’1′ which is normal. ’2′ or ’3′ are their main concern which means chronic bad breath. It really annoys me when I speak to anyone they would cover their bloody nose, it hurts. What should I do? And it affects my social life. Even when I do not talk the ******* stink comes from my nose! I won’t have to open my mouth to give away the ‘pleasure’ to anyone besides me. Any advise here? I do have an allergy
I’m sorry I hope you can understand, English is not my first language and I am trying to improve myself.
I use mouthwash since early teens
Floss between meals, quit smoking (!), use a tongue scraper, and mouthwash for just the breath. You could also chew on some parsley – yeah, that stuff they use to garnish plates at restaurants. Simple lemon water also helps (and with the tooth staining as well) but it is hard on the enamel.
As far as sinus breath, you can try a Neti pot. Seems strange, feels strange when you use it, but it works.
