I have very bad breath that doesn’t seem to go away and it is affecting my relationship.?
She can’t kiss me half the time without being disgusted and it’s hard for us to hold up a face to face conversation.
It’s gone for a while when I brush my teeth or use mouth wash, but it doesn’t take long to come back, even without eating anything else.
I’ve used breath spray, gum, and both at the same time, the bad breath can still be smelled. I think it’s been this way for a while but never affected my life this badly before.
I do have bad teeth that need fixing but I THINK I’ve had these breath issues before they got bad too.
Please any advice on what is causing it, how to cure it, or even quick fix bad breath remedies would be greatly appreciated.
Swallowing a table spoon of high strength liquid chlorohyll every morning should help as it deodorises food odours and other internal odours. It also promotes a healthy digestive environment and is also an energy booster.
A few months ago i had my teeth cleaned by the dentist.
I started to brush everyday since then and i have to admit sometimes i didnt brush before i went to sleep cause i was too sleepy ![]()
But ive been brushing my teeth regularly and brushing my tongue everyday in the morning, and before sleeping.
But my breath always seems to smell bad after 5 minutes. I even started to brush 4 times a day and it still doesnt get rid of the smell.
Ive used mouth wash. But im not sure what to do. But breath smells bad and now im loosing my confidence to speak to other people in class and be outgoing. Ive just started high school. I’m paranoid about my bad breath its bothering me soooooooooooooooo much.
Im only 14 any suggestions on how to help me? and if you know, and home remedies then can you tell me? (:
THANKKYOU.
believe it or not, bad breath is cased by lack of oxygen to the back of your throat. my advice is to continue brushing, use mouthwash to kill leftover bacteria, and drink plenty of water.
