How to cure bad breath and how do u know what is causing it?

How do u cure bad breath?
i had it for 4 weeks T^T i used mouthwash and tongue scraper,i brush my teeth well and i have no rotten teeth i didnt eat unions or anything like that
and i still have bad breath …weird
i dont know where is it coming from

bad breath may sometimes be caused by the foods you eat, but often its the work of germs in your mouth which are found naturally.

you can decrease this by using antiseptics such as listerine, which will actually kill the germs that cause bad breath (just like the commercial). they now have them in little “to-go” packs which dissolve in your mouth. Brushing your teeth after meals will also decrease bacteria in the mouth.

Typically gum will not do anything, other than temporarily mask the odor. Worse, if it’s one with sugar, all you’re doing is providing more food for the bacteria.
