How to stop sniffing!?
I started randomly sniffing about a year ago ,as time went by I started sniffing constantly I can somewhat control it but it’s hard.
I don’t know what caused it but I know I don’t have any mucos in my nose….it is a very annoying habit. i do suffer sinusitis because of my constant sniffing…it’s getting that bad i sniff with every breath in….and it’s making it hard to go to anything social.
My family can’t stand it and always get mad when I start it. My nose feels like its going to be sucked up inside my head if i keep going like this….Please help!…..i don’t know what to do!

Calm down and take very slow breaths and concentrate on those breaths and if you feel like sniffing just grap a paper towel
