coughing up white lumps and bad breath!?

I have been recently coughing up wee white lump food particles. They smell really bad and ive also got a white coating on my tongue which gives of a bad taste and smell! has anyone experienced this before, if so I would be grateful if you could give me some advise and how to cure this.

my boyfriend has really bad breath?

it’s almost all the time. i love him and i don’t let it bother me. we still kiss and he doesn’t taste bad at all. it’s just his breath is not always so fresh. it smells like he hasn’t eaten all day, but he has. he has a small hole in between his front teeth. could this be it? how can i freshen his breath? he doesn’t chew gum or like mints?

The major cause of bad breath is the top of the tongue, especially the back one-third where bacteria grow and produce those bad smells.
