Any Bad Breath Remedies ?

I’m very conscious of my breath and very scared to have bad breath..
I brush my teeth morning and because i have a bad breath taste i brush again in that afternoon but it’s not working. I still taste that taste of those little tonsil stones…I have had my share of those..I hack them up maybe like once every four or five months.i did take a q-tip i was looking for them i can’t find or see anything in my tonsils…but i taste it….nobody has told me my breath sinks…but something is telling me that it does…..i keep having that bad taste in my mouth…any advice….any remedies…please..i hate this taste

Here is the answer I just gave to another person, maybe you asked two different questions.:
You do not mention the tongue. You may not be aware that the top of the tongue is the major cause of bad breath because the bacteria on the tongue produce those bad smells. You can often see this bacteria as “white stuff” on the back of your tongue. As you are aware mints, gum, mouthwash and even toothpaste will cover up bad breath for a short time but they do not cure bad breath because they do not get rid of the bacteria that cause it. I learned about OraBrush tongue cleaner 6 months ago and now I clean my tongue every time I brush my teeth and have fresh breath up to 12 hours. I still use the first OraBrush I got. Works really well for me. Tonsil stones can cause bad breath but they are very rare among people so the chances of you having tonsil stones is very low. I doubt you have them. I believe your problem is you are not cleaning the top of your tongue.

what causes the weird nutlike bad smelling clusters gathered on tonsils?

So over this past year I seem to getting these weird little nutlike feeling clusters that gather mainly on my right tonsil. It is really irritating so i take them off with the hard end of a qtip. I have also noticed there seems to be smalls holes in my tonsils leading to other parts of my tonsil. Is this normal? And can i request to get them removed because i feel as if they are causing my really bad breath! When i take them out they smell horrible like bad breath! I am repulsed by my own mouth! someone please help me with this!

Tonsil stones. DEFINITELY. It’s basically calcified infection puss. I know eww… And that’s actually one of the most common reasons for a tonsillectomy, if you tell your doctor that you can’t handle it anymore she/he might take them out for you. And they do cause TERRIBLE breath. Before you go get your tonsils taken out you need to realize that the procedure hurts like H-E double hockey sticks and that there is a heavy bleeding risk for people in or over their teen years.

I recommend googling tonsil stones. That should give you more info than you EVER wanted.
