Why does my French Bulldog have such bad breath?
I don’t know what to do. I feed him Nutro Max dog food and for treats I give him Chewlotta’s. I’ve started brushing his teeth regularly but nothing helps. Also when he burps which he does a lot(he’s not shy lol) it reeks so bad. Literally it will make you want to vomit. I’ve taken him to the vet before because he had a bad gas problem and he informed me to switch his dog food which i did but i still don’t know whats making his breath smell like something died. Sometimes when he burps he starts chewing again like food came up or something(gross I know) so I was wondering also if his stomach acids could be making his breath so bad. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks:)
Diet – the food he is eating is not cleaning his teeth and gums and is obviously not being digested well either.
Take him off all cooked processed food and try feeding him raw chicken breast and thighs for a few weeks. I’m sure you see (and smell) a difference very quickly. After a few weeks you can start adding in other meats and organs.
There are many people on the lists rawfeeding and RawMeatyBones with brachycephalic dogs that feed this way with great results.
recently have been getting really bad pains in my stomach!!!!!?
for the past couple of weeks i have been suffering with really bad stomach problems, that bad i have to curl up in a ball and take deep breaths, along with this i need the toilet every couple of minutes, i even get of the toilet and need it again wot cud this be ????
You have worried about this for 2 weeks!!!
Sounds like you need some serious medical help if it’s as bad as you say. I wouldn’t even bother my GP with this if it were me.
Stop wasting your time here and go to hospital now before you die of dehydration or worse.
