i have had a runny nose for 3 days and a really bad sore throat for 2 days. i feel awful my throat hurts so bad i cant eat, swallow, or talk. and my nose is so stopped up i have to breath out of my mouth. anything to help me please!!! and do you think its strep? or the flu? i know its not swine flu because i already had that.but anything im in agony!!!
Try drinking some hot chocolate/soup, like tomato since it doesn’t have chunks of vegetables or meat in it. It could help your throat feel at least a little better. And I’d go to the doctor.
Please explain to me about mouth breathing?
I always breath through my mouth…like all the time. I can breath through my nose but I find it really, really hard and I can’t keep it up for long. I have breathed through my mouth for my entire life but I don’t have a dry mouth, sore throat, bad breath or any of the things people say moth breathers get. So, why is it so bad? Also, how do I stop?
I have the same as you do and it hasn’t done me any harm in 52 years, I never get a cold or sore throat or chest infections, breath probably stinks because I do smoke.
