My sinus set low and I think it causes me to have bad breath. How can I correct this problem?
I have bad breath – mints and mouthwash does not always work
It might be a factor if you have a sinus infection. See a doctor to find out. Good oral hygiene is very important- daily plus regular visits to your dentist. Have you ever heard of a Netty pot? You can flush your own sinuses with them. Try researching them- they may be the solution you’re looking for. Best of luck!
Garlic breath?
Help, how do I get rid of garlic breath. I don’t have parsley so that won;t work. I have a problem with bad breath and have tried all kinds of things. I floss every day and brush at least twice a day. I chew sugar free very strong mint gum after lunch at work. What else can I do. I also try to make sure I’m fully hydrated, and I don’t have a sinus problem, or stomach issues.
Help, I’m scaring people off.
I do see a dentist regularly, and I do brush my teeth gums and cheeks and I do gargle. Still a problem exists. This is an ongoing problem.
The odors from garlic and onions enter your blood stream and then it takes a couple of DAYS before you breathe it all off. As you do this, you will continue to have bad breath. You can only use a mouthwash or breath mint (sugarless) as needed to mask the odor.
As long as you keep eating garlic, you are going to have garlic breath. It’s a choice you will have to make.
