If someone you know has REALLY bad breath or body odor do you tell them?

And I mean REALLY FOUL!!!!

is it due to hygeine…….or lack of?
if he is showered and teeth brushed and still stinks it may be medical and he is probably well aware of his odor.
if he is not bathing and is just plain nasty he probably doesn’t care.

What’s worse? Sex with someone who has bad breath or one who has body odor?
