Bad Breath Allergies 3 Bad Breath Allergies

I think i may have bad allergies, or its a cold?

My nose is stuffy and i cough up some flem, and if i breath in to my fullest my throat starts to hurt. I live in clarksville tennessee (if that helps). What medicine should i get to relieve my sinuses and clear this all up

Go to the drugstore and ask the pharmacist. Right now, ragweed is very high, you may have a mold allergy from the floods, some trees have decided to bloom again like it was spring, and the sap is descending in others for fall. Many, many people are having horrible allergy problems right now in Tennessee.

For home remedies, drink lemon water, either warm or cold, to reduce the flem. Lemonade is okay, too. Keep windows closed to keep out the pollen.

I have very bad allergies and nosespray is not working– How can i cure my stuffy nose so that ican breath????

please help– i cant breathe out of my nose— i have to breath out of my mouth
I have to go to school in 20 minutes–

Snorting salt water sounds unpleasant but it might work (see answer above).

For a longer-term fix, you might ask your doctor for a prescription nasal spray like Flonase. It’s better than over-the-counter sprays like Afrin because those irritate your nasal passages and they work less and less over time.
