It depends, are you friends with her, or do you just sit beside her?

If you are friends with her I would just simply say, “I feel bad bringing this up, but I don’t want people talking about you badly, so I just wanted you to know that your breath is bad, and I can smell it from far away”

If you just sit beside her, I would leave a note on her desk, type it so she doesn’t know who it is from, get to class early, slip it on her desk before she gets there. If you are brave you could just hand it to her.

But, I would be super nice about it in the note, and write it as though you are doing her a favor..
