After having tonsillectomy done and recovering, when does the bleeding and bad breath go away?!?

well the recovery process typically takes about 10 days so if you are bleeding and have bad breath still then you are NOT recovered.
honestly there shouldn’t be any bleeding. if there’s more than just a little bleeding then there’s a problem.
the scabs are what makes your breath so bad so once those fall off your breath will go back to normal. the scabs usually fall off around day 8.

Can you make other people ill after having a tonsillectomy?

Hi
I had my tonsils out 4 days ago. I’m not feeling too bad, apart from the pain. But the thing that’s freaking me out is since yesterday my partner and my 2 sons have become ill. They are very tired, dint want to eat or move and have coughs and just look really ill to be honest.
My partner says I must of given them all it because of my bad bacteria breath lol.
Is this even possible or have they just got a case of the flu at the same time Im recovering?
Thanks in advance
xxxxx
Thanks for that you guys. So at least I know it’s not my bad bacteria breath lol.
Thank you Sassy
x

Just coincidence that they are ill at the same time as you’re recovering. Try not to pick up their germs given you have just had an operation (difficult, I know). All the best with your recovery, I had my tonsils out earlier this year and the pain was dreadful… Keep eating little and often, even if the pain makes you cry, it helps reduce scar tissue.
Take care
